The Department of Maintenance Services works hard to provide and ensure an exceptional learning and working environment for the entire campus. Our Maintenance Staff maintain campus buildings—from classrooms and research labs to dining and housing spaces.

Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
Our overall goal is to improve the quality of service through increased responsiveness. The work our team performs is primarily preventive maintenance and minor repairs. They serve as the direct link between customers and University Facilities for most repairs.
